The vehicle rental is paid upon pick-up from AKA Rent-a-Car, using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex), bank transfer (for legal entities), or cash.
No deposit required!
The minimum rental duration is 2 days (48 hours).
The vehicle pick-up and return times must be the same, with a tolerance of 60 minutes for the announced delay. If the delay exceeds this, an additional rental day will be charged.
The rental can be extended with prior notice or by visiting our office to extend the contract.
Vehicle rental for several months is available upon agreement.
The vehicle can be picked up and returned outside of regular working hours, for an additional fee.
When picking up and returning the vehicle, it is mandatory to inspect the vehicle's condition and sign a vehicle condition form.
Upon returning the vehicle, the client is required to pay all fines imposed on them related to the use of the vehicle, caused by their personal fault (violation of traffic regulations).
Damages to the interior of the vehicle.
Damage to tires and wheels.
Broken or lost key fob
Damages caused by using wrong fuel
Other damages caused consciously or unconsciously.
All listed damages will be charged in full at the moment the vehicle is returned. If you need additional insurance, please contact us, and we will accommodate you.
Without a police report, the full amount of damage or theft will be charged to the client, regardless of the type of insurance. A report must be filed even in cases where the client was not present when the vehicle was damaged (e.g., the vehicle was damaged in a parking lot by an unidentified person).
IMMEDIATELY notify Aka rent-a-car about the incident.
IMMEDIATELY notify the police about the incident and follow their instructions.
To write down the details of other participants in the accident or event.
To take photos of the accident or damage and send the photos to Aka rent-a-car.
To complete the accident/damage report when returning the vehicle.
To write a brief statement describing the causes and circumstances in which the accident/damage occurred.
It is prohibited to operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, medication, or narcotics. In these cases, the insurance does NOT APPLY – the full amount of damage/theft will be charged to the client.
Only the person listed as the driver in the vehicle rental agreement is authorized to operate the rented vehicle. It is allowed to add an additional driver with prior approval from Aka rent-a-car.
It is prohibited to lend the rented vehicle to unauthorized persons, or persons not listed in the rental agreement. In these cases, the insurance does NOT APPLY – the full amount of damage/theft will be charged to the client.
It is prohibited to use the rented vehicle for public passenger transport, transporting goods and tools, any competition/racing trials, or towing trailers or other vehicles. The full amount of damage/theft will be charged to the client.
It is prohibited to cross the borders of the Republic of Serbia with the rented vehicle.
It is prohibited to use the rented vehicle for any illegal activities, such as criminal offenses related to customs and foreign exchange violations, or any form of smuggling.
It is prohibited to operate the rented vehicle if damage occurs or if there are indications of damage.
